In November 2014, I traveled to Hong Kong with my family for a holiday trip. Disneyland was our main agenda, and photographing Hong Kong street was my main agenda. Growing up watching HK movies and dramas, this trip was definitely a trip down memory lane. It’s definitely safe to walk in Hong Kong and the people are very helpful when you ask for direction.

Umbrella Revolution
Prior to our visit to Hong Kong, Umbrella Revolution sit-in protests were held on some main road. On some morning when I stay in Mong Kok, I walked to these spots and look for photo opportunity. Some of the protesters will spend their time educating the public on why they’re protesting.

In my opinion, public transport in Hong Kong is the best I’ve experienced. This is based on my observation on the systematic and connectivity between places. You don’t need to rent a car here. Just need a good leg.
