Stay at this place recently. Spacious, comfortable and the apartment smell really nice. This apartment don’t have the view of Kota Kinabalu International Airport runway, but you still can hear the sound of planes taking off.
Accessibility is easy. Because the lobby is facing the opposite of KKIA, which is the Tanjung Aru railway terminal, parking and traffic is ok. Compare to the other side, parking always full because there are plenty of food outlet. There’s a convenient store and restaurants that open up till late night. Parking inside the building is free. And it’s near to the apartment lobby.
Only during weekend, at night, the traffic a bit heavy because there’s a pasar malam at the roadside just before the flyover, and be careful of cars and bikes parked at the side of the flyover.
