Chap Goh Mei held 15 days after Chinese New Year; it marks the end of the Chinese New year celebration. During this night, fireworks shot, and lantern were lit to celebrate Chap Goh Mei.

In Labuan, Chap Goh Mei celebration are usually held in Kampung Sungai Keling. Devotees will carry deities and lantern parade to several temple location within this village. In my experience, this process sometimes ended at 3 in the morning.
