Ghost Crabs, also called Sand Crabs can be found on the sand spit of Kuraman Island. The Ghost Crab above was in the midst of fights, perhaps on the reason of territorial rights. It was given such name as it has the ability to dissapear from sight in split second.
Crabs can be seen anywhere on the famous sand spit of which has been the trademark of Pulau Kuraman. The sand spit was measured approximately 3 miles and it is visible during low tide.

Fisherman carrying their catch is a normal everyday scene on this island as it is the daily activities of the island residence. They sell some of their catch to the middle-men in Labuan island which then will be sold to the main fish market at Labuan town.
